PORTFOLIO
BIO
I attended the University of Nebraska – Lincoln, where I received my Bachelors of Science in Textile Science, Merchandising, and Fashion Design with a Minor in Art in the summer of 2014. While working toward my college degree, I was able to refine my skills in visual merchandising and store management. I take great pride in developing future talent through teaching and training best practices around visual standards.
During the summer of 2011, I fulfilled my internship with Nicole Miller in New York City within the production department. During my time there, I worked on sourcing fabrics and trims, attending factory visits to assess quality control, and assisting technical designers during fittings and making pattern adjustments.

After college, I focused on showcasing my design work in a variety of venues including Plitz New York Fashion Week and Kansas City Fashion Week. Now, living in Wisconsin, I most recently spent 6 months in product development and global sourcing for Lands’ End before relocating to Milwaukee to continue visual merchandising and remodel leadership with Target.

With all my diverse skills and creativity, I am looking for opportunities to move into a headquarters position within product design, fabric engineering, visual merchandising, or visual communications. I feel that I would benefit any team by bringing a positive mindset, creative problem solving, and a self-motivated work ethic.
